It was back in 2019,

Three best friends with previous experience in the food industry were having a keen conversation on how the Coconut Water market had skyrocketed in popularity in recent years despite the lack of quality coconut-related products in the market globally.

The industry seemed to be exploited and this had opened a window of opportunity to supply quality coconut based products as the core produce is abundantly available in their home country, Sri Lanka. King Coconuts could be deemed as the most valuable player of all coconuts due to its extensive benefits in taste and health. However in Sri Lanka, the product seemed to be neglected solely due to decades of civil unrest in the country.

On that monumental day, the trio decided to take this glorious beverage from their own backyard to global center stage with the aim of letting the whole world know that the perfect Coconut Water does exist. A king beverage among all Sri Lankan locals, the King Coconut water! Hence, amidst the Sri Lankan economic crisis in 2021, the close group of friends - now the tripod of the venture - created a company naming it ‘The Heritage Peak’. With the shipments for King Coconut Water kick-starting in 2022, the adventures for this wonderful authentic Sri Lankan beverage has only just begun.

Why 'Heritage Peak'?

Simply to transcend the idea of keeping Sri Lanka’s heritage at its peak.

Whether it be tea, spices or coconut-based products, the idea is to keep the core Sri Lankan. That is making it 100% natural, using nature-friendly mechanisms and most of all, healthy to its consumers.

A ‘Peak’ can be distinguished as the top of a mountain and signifies soil resources used for the locally grown ingredients that we use in our products.
"Peak" also means a summit to the top and is the highest point–which is our goal to reach, when it comes to delivering quality products to all our customers and to always reach greater heights by delivering the best.

We are focused on curating truly authentic Sri Lankan products that are a homage to what the island stands for and is uniquely made of, reminding all those globally and locally, the true treasures lying within diversity of the country. Our initiatives are devoted to preserving the cultural heritage and aim to further develop products based on fruits, vegetables etc. that are traditionally grown in the island for generations and are much regarded and well-known in the society to this date. These products have evolved with a deep history and its usage will evoke a nostalgic sense of tradition to the history and ownership of Sri Lanka.

Our Processing Plant

is at the heart of the famous Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka, 

Surrounded by more than 600 coconut trees and intercropped with an array of spices, herbs and medicinal plants, all in its true Sri Lankan splendor, the facility carries:
ISO 22000:2018, HACCP food certification and EU Organic, USDA-NOP, JAS organic standards, including other relevant certifications to ensure that only the best products are delivered to our customers.
